  2. I went camping and ate more than I should have, even though it was the RIGHT kind of food! But surprise surprise, I lost a pound and that was Sunday afternoon. I actually weigh in on Sunday mornings usually! So my points this week were 227 and 15 for weight lost equals 242.

  3. I actually did the food journal, which is where I usually struggle, but I ate horribly this week! My points are 226 I gained 2 pounds. Rob's points are 209 he lost 2 pounds, but one was the pound he gained last week so he got 15 points equaling 224.

    1. Sometimes our bodies reach a weight where it's comfortable and it doesn't seem to want to loose weight. I think that's where I'm at. I've lost inches I can tell because I'm having to sinch up my belt more, but the weight portion is where it's a struggle!

  6. After gaining weight last week, I worked extra hard this week and it paid off. I lost 5 pounds, but it is only 2 pounds less than my previous lowest weight, so I have 25 for that and 216 for the diet making my total points 241.

  9. I had 199 with about 3 pounds gained!! Yikes! so just 199 Lonnie had 185 no weight lost but none gained so 190. Hopefully now that I'm actually starting to go back to the gym on a daily basis these numbers will be a little better!
