Okay everyone, this is your final weigh in. READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!!
First, on this weeks point chart it had exercise as double points. It is NOT double points. So if you added 10 or 14 points for exercise please please re add your points to 5 or 7 points! Total possible points for the week are 226.
second, This is what we are to record today. 1. weekly points...2. amount of weight loss... 3. total points ... and 4. total percentage of weight loss!
We are not doing the weight loss challenge per pound lost it is by percentage lost. So here is the Math equation to figure out your percentage.
(Starting weight - current weight) / starting weight = percentage (move the decimal 2 spaces)
Here is an example:
Starting weight 200lbs end weight 190lbs
200-190= 10/200 = 0.05 = 5%

This was a hard week. I thought having Ashley in Georgia visiting me we would be more motivating but instead we ate lots of cake and were lazy. haha
ReplyDeletemy weekly points were 146 then I gained 1 pound so no points for that.
My total percentage is 8.1% weight loss!
I lost 3 pounds this week. My points are 35 for weight loss and 201 for weekly point totaling 236.
ReplyDeleteMy total percentage is 5.9% which is really about 6%.
My total points for the week were 182 I lost one pound (thanks to throwing up not exercise) so my overall total is 197 my total percentage lost is 5.3%
ReplyDeleteI didn't even try this week and it shows. I got 140 points and gained 2 lbs. which means I only lost a total of 1lb for the full challenge. which gives me a percentage of .4
ReplyDeleteRob got a total of 189 points, he stayed the same weight as last week, but sense he gained last week he did not get any points. he got a total percentage of 4.8%
ReplyDeleteThis was my worst week yet for points. I have really struggled the last three weeks with resisting sweets and I have had some tendinitis problems again with my leg, so exercise was null. (I'm now on meds) My points this week are 175, I gained 2 pounds and my percentage for the challenge is .03. I am disappointed with myself. I will keep trying to loose weight. I have a goal in mind to reach by Chris's wedding in Dec. I find it easier when I am on a regular work schedule, etc., but this has been fun.

DeleteMy points were 175 and no weight loss so total of 180. My percentage is 6.9. Haven't reached my goal weight but this challenge helped me get started and got me in better habits, so thanks everyone this has been fun! We all did great
ReplyDeletehorrible this week. points were 130 maintained weight so 135. and my percentage is 4%. horrible cause Megan makes good food and was lazy as can be.
