Week 3 Weigh in!!

Here we go again!  Time to report your weekly points!  I hope everyone did well.  How can we get people more motivated?  Here are a few quotes to think about this coming week!

  1. Okay this was a bad week for me. Somehow i maintained my weight though. I lost 0. Points 156 so a total of 161.

  3. Okay I was doing good on the water until today. Fast day really threw a wrench in my points! I can't drink no 64 ounces from dinner time til bedtime! Plus with the diet I am on I did not get my fruit in today either! lucky to get all the vegies in one meal! But I did lose 1 beautiful pound!! My points this week were 208 plus 15 for weight loss equals 223.

  4. My week was okay until the last 4 days. I had sweets. Ahhh!!! I had parties with the end of school and a baby shower, and a luau I helped with for our stake youth conference. But I did keep the servings of sweets small, but I just couldn't resist them. My weakness at times. I did great on everything else. My points for the week are 200 and I even lost 1 pound. My grand total points=210.

  5. My points this week no weight lost so 179 plus 5 so 184 Lonnie is 150 no weight lost so 155
