week 2 weigh in!

Hey everyone it is time to weigh in again. Just a reminder to get your $20 to me. Most of you still have not paid, please get that done.

Here is a thought from Jillian Michaels today:
Happy Sunday everyone. Here's a little motivation tip to help you stay on track! The biggest mistake people make is to look outside themselves for inspiration. Here's the key, if you have a why to live for you can tolerate any “how”. Identify all the reasons you want to be motivated in the first place and let that drive you towards success. I want you to write down all the things you want out of life. Do you wanna walk your daughter down the aisle, have financial independence, wear a bikini on your 20th wedding anniversary? Whatever your goals and dreams are, write them down and post them everywhere from the fridge to the car dash. Then, the next time you are contemplating a walk on the treadmill or spending hours pouring over your application for a small business loan, stop & think about WHY you are engaging in these behaviors. Surely, living a long happy healthy life with your loved ones is worth putting in the work even if it makes you slightly uncomfortable in the short term.
Remember points for the week, weight lost (this includes 5 points for maintaining on top of weight lost points) and total points for the week.

  2. This so called challenge has jinxed me!! I lost 0 lbs again! :( What a bummer. I was just swinging along losing 2+ lbs week until I started this. I just don't understand. I am irked! My points are 241 for this week. Cathy

  5. Hello everyone!
    I am logging in from Cherese's house and used her scales. They may be off a bit from mine, so I will re-weigh myself when I get home tomorrow night and make any changes needed. But, based on tonight's weigh in, I have lost 4 pounds. My total points for the week are 217 plus 45 for the weight loss, so my Grand total is 262.

  8. I did pretty good this week! The not eating sweets is my weakness but i only gave in one day, yay! I loved getting the extra points for working out longer so my total points were 240 and i lost two pounds so my total is 265!

Ok here it goes I did absolutely horrible and so did lonnie I got 157 points no pounds lost so total of 162 lonnie got 150 points no weight lost so total of 155 points grrrrr ok getting serious now!!! Its just so hard to get up and workout with three kids to watch!! Mo more excuses!!! His week is already looking better last week of work

  10. Okay! I got home tonight and got on my own scales and there was a difference. But, my scales are doing weird things, so I weighed myself like 5-6 times. 1 or 2 times read the exact same as last week, to the decimal. Unusual. I weighed myself backwards, heels only, etc. to confuse the scales, then weighed again 3 more times and took the average of those three. I lost 2 pounds instead of the 4 that Cherese's scale told me. Sorry for the mix-up. I will reset my scales this week. I even checked the batteries. Weird, weird, weird. So my points were 217 plus 25 for the weight giving a grand total or 242.
