FIRST weigh in!

Hey Everyone!!
Today is our first weigh in!  I hope you all did well.  It is time to report!!  Remember you will report 3 things:

1.)  Your weekly points
2.)  Your pounds lost for the week
3.)  and your total points for the week.

Leave your report in the comment section OR text me (Megan) and I will record it for you! This needs to be recorded by midnight!

Also do NOT forget to pay your $20 to Emmalee THIS week!  This is how we know you are committed and know that you will not bail out of the competition if you are not doing well.  It is the only way to make it fair to all competitors!

I cannot wait to see how everyone did!

  1. Hi! I did lousy this week. Either I did not loose weight because I did lots of work and the fat turned to muscle or having to eat actually more than I have been to get the points I want on this competition (Meaning eating more fruit which means more carbs and I don't have carbs to spare for more fruit!!) I stayed the same on my weight...first time not losing any in the last 3 months! So my weekly points are 203 and my total is 208. Man I wish that was my weight! :) :)

  2. Okay.. so I didnt do fantastic on my points but I am being completely honest so that is what matters. I have 171 points plus I lost 10 pounds this week! YIPEE!! (Do not expect this every week, but I can only hope). So my total is: 276 and no Mom... I do not wish I weighed MY points haha

  3. I'm glad I'm not the only one who did lousy but this next week will be better I know it my points for the week are 181 I lost 2 pounds so my total is 206! Now Lonnie he didn't do well at all he had 110 weekly points didn't loose any weight and his total is 115 he needs to work out more but he's more motivated now than before!

  4. My points for the week is 189, I lost 2 lbs, total points 214.

    Rob's points for the week was 172, lost 3 lbs., total 207.

    Hate how he can workout 2 days and I workout 5 days and he loses more, Men suck!

  5. So my week did not go so bad. I have no problem with the eating part and water. I just had to up my exercise. I walked home from work one day and I have used my exercise bike and weights. I lost 2 pounds. My points for the week is 198, so my total points are 218. Barbara

    1. you need to remember to add 5 points for maintaining plus weight loss your total should be 223 not 218.

  6. I was lazy this week!!! as usual!! my weekly points were 147 i lost 1 pound so my total is 162

  7. I did okay this week I hoped to lose more though! My weekly points were 186 and I lost 1 pound so all together 201! That is adding maintaining my weight not clear on if we add that five points so if not my total would be 196! Hope to do better next week!!

  8. It helps to have a hubby who is on a very low carb diet and we are eating plenty of veggies and I have lots of fruit, and I have been drinking a gallon of water a day! My weekly points were 191 with three pounds lost my total points are 226, I hope I added that right, if not let me know! Way to go megs! 10 pounds? That juice thing must be working! Good job to everyone else too! I think as long as you didn't gain, then you are doing good!
